LCPOA - Membership Information & Dues

Lake Columbia Property Owners Association

LCPOA is located in Brooklyn, Michigan.


Yearly membership dues are $360 per year and $40 for each additional lot that does not require services (i.e. trash, decals, keys, etc.)


MEMBER BENEFITS INCLUDE:
1.	Private use of lake, ramps (with key access), parks, bathhouses
2.	Community Events
3.	Fireworks
4.	Trash Removal
5.	Lake and Weed Maintenance
6.	Park and Bathhouse Maintenance
7.	Office to handle questions, comments, building control, dues collection, etc.
8.	Park Security Patrol
9.	Membership cards and decals (copy of watercraft & vehicle registrations must be provided to receive decals)
10.	Seawall and island maintenance, playground equipment, etc.

Membership dues are due by April 1 of each year.


The following is required to issue your membership cards & decals:
1.	Copy of your property deed.
2.	Copy of your current state watercraft & vehicle registrations.

Please note that minutes of the LCPOA meetings are available by request.
