L.C.P.O.A. Trash Sign Up Form

Sign up is required to CONTINUE or BEGIN trash service.
Trash service is a member benefit that is included in your membership dues. Dues are payable by April 1 of each year.

Just as with any other member benefit of our Association, if you do not use the trash service, there
is no decrease or discount of dues. There is no need to respond if you will not be using the benefit.
