L.C.P.O.A. Membership Comment/Complaint Form

| The following process describes how
Lake Columbia Property Owners Association will
handle member complaints. |

| 1. |
A member can stop in the Association Office and
fill out the paper complaint form or process one via
the Web Site and submit it electronically.

| 2. |
The office staff will ensure the complain gets
routed to the President of the Association and your
Shore Director for proper investigation / follow-up.
|
| 3. |
The complaint will be entered in our Complaint
Log that is kept in the office.
|
| 4. |
When the complaint is resolved, it will be noted
what the resolution was and the filing member will
be notified of the results.
